i was diggin it till the singing and autotuned voice echoes came in.
your rapping voice matches the beat pretty well, although the flow can be off at times.

i like the overall chillness of this beat.
i think the noises you put are a bit too loud and need to be more of a background thing.
especially the water and the seal/dog barking? overpowers the track
i also recommend putting in a more solid snare.
and yeah those children do sound a bit scary. sounds cool tho.
good job overall, main thing is getting all those added voices, noises, and sounds turned down. maybe add some reverb and delay to give it a more airy/ambient feel
