There isnt really a prominent beat - which is prime factor in hip hop
the snare is very quiet.
you should make the whole beat louder
add a snare thats louder, and more prominent in the beat
some hi hats woul dbe nice to
as for the melody, its extrememly simple, which is ok, but you may want to change it up more now and then
